An overview of LETN Solutions

LETN Solutions has been providing Managed Support, Professional Services and Hosting Services for Four and a half years. The company was formed to specifically address the needs of small and mid size organizations that required intelligent design, implementation and support for immerging technologies.
The focus of our organisation has always been the objectives of our clients not just the technology available. We have helped many customers over the years to achieve cost savings, drive efficiency and gain a competitive edge. In 2006 LETN launched a fully hosted Tier One managed environment for clients to host their own equipment within to achieve high availability. We also began offering Email and File Archiving solutions using Symantec’s Enterprise Vault application, this product has now expanded to include applications like Microsoft SharePoint and Messenger and LETN now offer this product for compliancy solutions as well. In 2007 we increased this service portfolio to include virtual hosting so that clients no longer need to own their own equipment or Microsoft licensing and can lease “virtual” servers. We are very proud of this new hosting platform and have used many of the technologies we are advocating today to achieve its success. 2008 has seen LETN move into the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solution arena, leveraging replication technology and new features within VM ware’s product range we are now able to offer cost effective solutions for protecting client environments. 2009 has brought a re-launch for our virtual hosted services as "Purple Cloud Computing" which is our new and improved platform offering more scalability and High Availability for SMB's and Independent Software Vendors. Throughout the past few years LETN’s list of contracted supported clients has steadily grown to include several technology heavy organisations that require mission critical support for key business applications. We regularly arrange “talking testimonials” for prospective clients so that they can talk to existing customers about our services. |
