Purple Cloud is tailored to your individual needs, no two Purple Cloud clients are the same so we do not offer “off the peg” services. Instead we first meet with you and your key staff to work out the best Design fit for your day to day requirements. This means that you only pay for what you use and that your solution delivers exactly what you need. Our solutions are fully hosted and supported by our Helpdesk team, you will be able to focus on your business and let LETN worry about your IT infrastructure.

Microsoft Small Business Server (Including Exchange, SharePoint & SQL as required)

Terminal / Citrix Servers for remote access

Application Servers - Your key applications can be hosted provided they run on Windows or Linux.

Microsoft Office 2007

Site to site VPN connections for quality of service.

All Microsoft licensing is included in your monthly premiums and you will have the option to upgrade to new versions without any additional licensing fee.

Silver - Reactive
Our reactive support contract provides a number of unique features that enable your staff to focus on your business not struggling with their IT.

Gold - Pro Active Monthly Visits
Any system of any type will run longer and better if well maintained. Gold Support from LETN bolts onto Silver Support (or is stand alone in unique cases) and provides a proactive service that will spot issues before they happen keeping your network and employees working longer and harder.

LETN recognise that some of our clients rely so heavily on their IT that they need to know the moment it stops working. To help achieve this we have built a blended approach to monitoring small business IT. Using many inexpensive software and hardware products and our wide industry experience we now deliver a real-time alerting system to clients that purchase our Remote Monitoring service.
