What kind of Support is included in the service?

LETN are a managed services company, consequently we already have an First Class IT Help Desk which subscribers to the "Purple Cloud" service are able to use. The Help Desk is available 8am - 6pm with 1st thru 3rdline escalation to ensure any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
One of the great benefits of "Purple Cloud" is that should a users desktop have a problem it is very easy for one of our Help Desk engineers to restart a session or create a new one to get your employee working again fast. |
